Quality assurance

anyseals procures seals exclusively from
approved and certified production companies
(ISO 9001:2000 or ISO TS 16949). Our own
production companies are also appropriately certified.

For our quality tests we own a laboratory that
is equipped in accordance with the most
modern standards and where all testing media
are subjected to testing media supervision.

All our products and materials can be identified and
are traceable due to the lot and material number.

For each material there is a detailed material data
sheet available.

The quality tests on our goods are undertaken and
documented in the incoming goods department
using a random sample system in accordance with
DIN ISO 2859-1 and outgoing goods tests in
accordance with customer specifications.

Standardized and specified product characteristics
are tested according to:

• Dimensions (profile, diameter, ...)
• Surfaces (flash, flow error, ...)
• Material characteristics
  (hardness Shore-A, hardness IRHD micro,
  density, compression set, ...)
